Choose from either our DIY hire option where full instructions are provided or
select one of our serviced packages where we take of everything.

DIY Hire

DIY Hire is a great choice for those looking for a cost effective option. We provide almost everything you need, along with a set of instructions and you take care of the set up and operation. 

Includes:

  • 1 x 4 tier chocolate fountain
  • 2.5kg’s of Couverture Chocolate. The fountain holds 2kgs so there is a little extra for top ups.
  • 300 skewers
  • 500 serviettes
  • Suits: Up to 120 people
  • Full instructions are provided

Price: $225

Extras:

  • Service kit hire – $10
    Includes: 2x white plates for serviettes, 2x small tongs, 1x ladle, 1x stirring spoon, 1x large white plastic bowl for rubbish and 2x champagne flutes.
  • Slow cooker hire: $10
    Used for melting the chocolate
 

Managed Serviced Packages

When you are looking for an easy professional chocolate fountain display, our managed packages provide just that. 

Here one of our team members comes to site, sets everything up, manages the fountain during the service and then cleans up and packs everything away once done.

Silver Package:

  • 1 x 4 tier chocolate fountain
  • Chocolate, skewers and serviettes*
  • 2 hours of service with a friendly staff member
  • Delivery, setup, pack down and cleaning**
  • Suits: Up to 120 people

Gold Package:

  • 2 x 4 tier chocolate fountains
  • Chocolate to suit, skewers and serviettes*
  • 2 hours of service with a friendly staff member
  • Delivery, setup, pack down and cleaning**

Frequently asked Questions

We only use quality chocolate that has a  high cocoa butter content. This is the best chocolate for fountain as it allows for a fluid flow of sweet goodness.

Most of our clients choose to provide their own dippers but we are able to supply some platters as well. 
Get in touch to discuss options and we can provide some pricing depending on the season and availability.

Think fresh and dried fruits, marshmallows, fudge, biscuits, chocolate, meringues and more. Try stay away from very wet fruits as they don't dip so well along with very crumbly items that may block the fountain. 

Marshmallows and Strawberries are top favourites.

No. Over the many years doing this we have found that larger fountains often lead to a lot of waste. Furthermore we have found that using multiple fountains eases congestion and allows more people to enjoy the displays.

While we provide estimates on how many people a fountain will serve this is often dependant on a number of factors.
Are you providing other deserts or meals, number of adults vs kids, how long the service time is.

We will usually arrive at the venue 1 hour before you require it to be up and running. 

If going DIY, we recommend giving yourself some extra time.

You will need to provide a sturdy table that can hold the weight of the fountain and display the dipping foods and items. Additionally the fountain does require power. If needing a table or extension cords please let us know and we can provide these at a small extra charge.

A longer service or display time can be arranged at an extra cost. 

This said we have generally found that 2 hours covers most functions.

Our staff come prepared with additional chocolate and you can choose to top up for an extra fee. 

If you have a DIY fountain, we provide 2.5KGs of chocolate and the fountain holds 2KG, so there is a bit extra for top ups.

Our included delivery is only with Auckland Central and bookings outside of this will incur additional costs.
We have provided managed service packages throughout the North Island so get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Yes, we have shipped chocolate fountains throughout New Zealand.

We use courier post to send our items and you will incur the additional costs with shipping the items both directions.
